AN INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT TAKES SHAPE STEP BY STEP
Great design begins with a deep understanding of the client’s and users’ visions and objectives. Through a structured process, your ideas are brought to life with precision and creativity.

Strategy & concept
In the initial phase, we work together to lay the foundations of the project. By analysing the existing conditions and location, objectives, budget and timeframe, a detailed brief is drawn up to clearly define your needs and requirements. Once the analysis is complete, the creative concept development process begins: I create colour and material schemes, initial plans and 3D models to visualise the design.

Design & development
The next step is the design phase, during which the key finishes, materials, lighting and mechanical and electrical requirements are defined. Once the design has been approved, the technical planning phase begins: a fully detailed planning package is produced, covering all renovation and new-build works, which serves as the basis for implementation.

Procurement & contracting
During this phase, the procurement plans are generated – including detailed plans for all crafts, from structural work to painting and decorating. This marks the start of the procurement process, during which suitable contractors are invited to submit offers. The contractors’ offers are reviewed and compared, contracts are awarded, and the construction programme is drawn up.

Implementation & completion
Following successful procurement, construction drawings are reviewed, all interface points are coordinated and the final construction plans are finalised. On-site implementation is planned and managed in detail, right through to the handover of the facility and its furnishings.
At the handover, any defects are documented, rectifications are arranged and all revision documents are compiled.
