To facilitate the sale of the apartments in the popular Breitenrain neighborhood, the real estate firm ImmoBene AG commissioned us to create visualizations. These include floor plans and interior design concepts, as well as material and color schemes for each apartment. Where the loft apartment is being built in the attic, there used to be mansard roofs, making it difficult for future owners to visualize the space. The visualizations give them a good idea of what it might look like soon.

The apartments on the standard floors are less extraordinary but no less appealing. The renovation is designed to preserve the character of the historic building and brings many important elements, such as the herringbone parquet and the mullioned windows, into the modern era.
